Significance of Human Chromosome 2 - Blog #115 #HP-EVOO

Hello Everyone! Welcome back to another Friday blog. Today's focus is on human chromosome 2. Why? It is the chromosome that makes us human and differentiates us from other great apes - and is the focus and drug-directed target of nearly all the chronic diseases we face today. Chromosome 2 codes for 1,346 protein-coding genes that control embryonic development, immune function and metabolic function. Let's delve in.

The human genome project began in 1990 and was completed in 2003 revealing we have roughly 20,000 - 25,000 protein-coding genes - nearly the exact same number as the other great apes. This was a big surprise as we are profoundly more complex - yet we share 98.8% identical genetic code. Our DNA codes for twenty proteins = 20 "semi-conductors" - (think diamond transistors) - per Nobel Laureate Albert Szent-Györgyi who is memorialized for the discovery of vitamin C (inaccurately - he discovered citric acid). What makes us so different from the other great apes - allowing us the ability to speak and have higher cognition?  Humans have 46 chromosomes while chimpanzees, gorillas and orangutans have 48. The fusion of 2 ancestral chromosomes formed chromosome 2. This change has allowed us to walk upright (bipedal), increase cranial cavity size (from <600 to 1,400cubic cm), improve energy efficiency (75% with bipedal movement), and increase the distance and angle of inclination between the CSF vortex of the brain at the 4th ventricle and the vortex of the heart to optimize delivery of blood flow via the carotids to a large, energy-demanding brain. Our brain is roughly 2% of body weight but uses 20% of our energy. We therefore concentrate our mitochondria in our brain - for higher level thinking - and heart to supply the oxygen required.

Chromosome 2 codes for many critical genes involved with carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, digestion, healing and regeneration, gut motility, appetite, energy expenditure, collagen, bone and tooth formation, Interleukin 1 family of cytokines that initiate and regulate immune response, fatty acid binding protein, certain antibody production, limbic and visual system in development - changes are linked to autism, myeloid malignancies and other neurological problems  - and is the crucial chromosome being targeted by Rockefeller medicine, Big Pharma (GLP-1, vaccines, statins and other drugs), Big Agriculture/Bayer-Monsanto (glyphosate and cancer drugs), Big Technology (3G-7G non-native EMF/isolated blue), the New World Order, etc. Why? The genes on chromosome 2 code for proteins and peptides involved in nearly all chronic diseases we face today. Chromosome 2 codes for 1,346 genes - our environment, diet and lifestyle epigenetically turn on and off genes. Think of our DNA as the "hardware" and epigenetics as the "software" - which determines which parts of the hardware to use - which genes get turned on and which ones get turned off - dialing them up or dialing them down. Our environment, diet, lifestyle and mitochondrial function control this. Let's take a closer look at a few of the most crucial genes on chromosome 2 for human health:

  • POMC (pro-opiomelanocortin) - The leptin melanocortin pathway is crucial for appetite control, energy expenditure, fertility and fecundity, creation of melanin, hormonal cascades, pain relief and mood elevation to name a few. The hormone leptin stimulates/excites POMC neurons to shut down appetite and increase energy expenditure, while simultaneously inhibiting appetite stimulating neurons. However, high leptin levels or leptin resistance inhibits this leading to overeating and obesity. Tissues expressing POMC include "the pituitary, the arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus, the nucleus tractus solitarius, and the skin." It is also expressed in the placenta, ovary, testes, thymus, lymphocytes, duodenum, thyroid, heart, colon, adrenal, spleen, liver, lung, and kidney. Humans express high amounts of POMC on the abdominus rectus. Are we designed to have our abdomen exposed to sunlight to enhance function of the microbiome? I believe the answer is yes. POMC gene is activated by UV light - then cleaves into 10 peptides - here are some major products:
    • alpha MSH (melanin-stimulating hormone) - binds and activates MC4R (melanocortin 4 receptor) that sends a powerful signal to stop eating and burn energy - involved in appetite suppression, increased metabolism, production of melanin, protects against ischemia-reperfusion injury in hypoxia, has anti-inflammatory properties, influences sexual function/behavior/libido, and when signaling is disrupted can lead to cancer.
    • beta MSH - beta and gamma MSH are involved in differentiation of the immune cells, regulate metabolism, involved with pigmentation and melanin production, have anti-inflammatory properties much like alpha-MSH
    • gamma MSH involved in immune function, pigmentation, cardiovascular function, sodium balance, and renal function
    • CLIP - corticotropin-like intermediate peptide - critical protein that is a cytoplasmic linker protein that associates with both microtubules and an organelle called the dendritic lamellar body.
    • beta endorphin (opioid) - beta and gamma endorphins are feel good hormones that act similar to morphine - relieve pain, enhance mood, make us feel euphoric, modulate immune function, behavior and functions in the brain as a neurotransmitter. We feel happy. Evidently, we are meant to be "addicted" to the sun.
    • gamma endorphin (opioid) - analgesia, mood enhancer, lowers stress, and is neuroprotective as well as contributing to the above.
    • ACTH (adrenocorticotropic hormone) involved production of adrenal hormones such as cortisol.
  • EDAR (ectodysplasin) - controls sweating all over the body - to get rid of deuterium, heavy metals and detoxification. We have sweat glands on the palms of hands and soles of feet in order to improve connectivity with the earth. Great apes are constantly connected through all 4 extremities because they live in trees. Embryonically, this gene is critical for "formation of several structures that arise from the ectoderm, including the skin, hair, nails, teeth, and sweat glands."
  • Glucagon - acts on Vagus nerve to suppress appetite - hence creation of GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide) drugs to mimic - "a pancreatic hormone that counteracts the glucose-lowering action of insulin by stimulating glycogenolysis and gluconeogenesis in the liver. In addition, glucagon promotes lipolysis and ketone body formation during prolonged fasting or stress. Glucagon secretion is stimulated by low blood glucose and inhibited by high glucose or insulin."
  • BCL11A - controls the transition between fetal and adult red blood cells (involved in stem cell regeneration as well as B cells and immune function) and "predominantly expressed in the brain and in the majority of hematopoietic cells, including hematopoietic stem cells, common lymphoid progenitors, B cells and early T-cell progenitors."
  • LCT controls the lactase enzyme in the digestion of the sugar lactose. You now may be thinking about the rising lactose intolerant population.
  • TTN (titin) or "connectin" - the largest protein in the body - 33,000 amino acids long and "serves as an adhesion template for the assembly of contractile machinery in muscle cells" - like a structural scaffold for organizing other proteins into the proper alignment, also functions as a metabolic spring - found in muscle and cardiac tissue. "Ttn acts as a molecular spring, connecting the Z-disc to the M-line in the sarcomere, and is responsible for stabilizing and aligning the thick and thin filaments in the muscle cell."

So how do we protect our DNA from damage - optimize mitochondrial function - optimize protein folding and cellular function - and promote health and longevity?

  • Get morning sunlight - sunrise until 11am optimally to get the full spectrum including UV light. Create an outdoor workspace to spend more time outside. DNA holds and stores light.
    • Infrared light activates mitochondrial cytochromes - turn s on your engines - creates biological water - makes ATP -
    • blue balanced with red - sets your circadian clock in the eye the SCN (supra chiasmatic nucleus)
    • UV light activates POMC, liberates NO (nitric oxide) to lower blood pressure and dilate blood vessels. Take sunshine breaks during the day to tell your brain and skin what time of day it is - Optimize your morning vs any other time of day. Open a window next to where you are working - light flows like water.
  • Optimize Vitamin D3 - get afternoon sunlight - UV light on the skin sulfates cholesterol and converts it to vitamin D. Vitamin D3 protects DNA from damage, and a host of other things. Check them out here. Aim for sun-derived vitamin D3 level > 60 (optimally 70-100). Take "sun" breaks rather than a coffee break. This tells your master clock what time of day it is. Doing this often helps keep your circadian rhythm on track.
  • Ground - gain free electrons from the earth and discharge into the earth - the more electronegative you are the healthier you become and the faster the ATPase spins
  • Cold plunge - start taking cold baths - ideal is 50-55 degrees but start somewhere colder than body temperature. Aim for 3-5 minutes and work your way up to 10-15. Cold thermogenesis optimizes mitochondrial function by bringing the cytochromes closer together. This optimizes the distance between the cytochromes to spin the ATPase at 9,000 revolutions/sec = 100% efficiency. This is the fastest way to burn fat off your body.
  • Sauna/hot bath - spend enough time to create a decent sweat - time yourself and sweat for a good10-15 minutes of detoxing. You release protective heat shock proteins and enhance mitochondrial function.
  • Drink more water (filtered and mineralized) - blood plasma the liquid portion of the blood is 90-92% water ~ 84 fluid ounces. Most of us are walking around in a dehydrated state. Aim for 100-120 oz mineralized water daily to optimize elimination of waste and deuterium through sweat, urine and feces.
  • Optimize sleep - keep time with nature. This is hard with our modern life but structure your day to optimize health. Eat during sunlight outside if possible- stop after sundown. Protect your eyes from blue light after dark. Blue light tells your SCN (master clock) in the brain that it is solar noon. Whatever skin is exposed also is given that signal. This will impact sleep, timing of everything in the body will be off.
  • Protect from Blue Light - isolated blue light from devices and indoor lighting increase blood glucose, insulin, triglycerides without eating any food. Isolated blue light also is the antidote to vitamin A - meaning it destroys and liberates vitamin A and its derivatives causing damage to DNA. Change to incandescent bulbs that have a broad spectrum including red to balance blue. Use red bulbs after dark - especially if you watch TV. Put a blue light filter on your computer/laptop. I use IRIS. Wear blue light blocking glasses (red) after dark. Go to bed early and wake up at dawn. Get outside barefoot and as naked as you dare. Face east and allow this special light to power your mitochondria and heal your body.
  • Protect from non-native EMF - ELF, 3G-7G, microwaves, radar, etc. Why? We can't see or feel it. We are electromagnetic beings. The EPA stated that even if the Soviet safety limit (1 microwatt) was adopted here in the US, over 90% of our FM stations would be shut down. Check out books such as The Body Electric (Robert O Becker 1985) and The Zapping of America (Paul Brodeur 1977). Even the Russians have done incredible research and warned the world of this. Would you cook a steak in a microwave? No way. Why? The microwave DEHYDRATES the meat to the texture of leather. What do you think it does to the human brain and other tissues? THE SAME THING. The CIA has funded research on electromagnetic mind control since at least the 1960s to find "techniques of activation of the human organism by remote electronic means." "Electropollution can trigger profound and dangerous changes" - we were warned in the 1960s and 1970s by Robert O Becker who was doing research on limb regeneration for the military - and whose research was confiscated for MK ultra mind control - he was defunded and silenced - they attempted to white-wash his research from history after blowing the whistle to the world on 60 minutes. The negative effects are found close to high-voltage wires and underground power lines, DATA centers, as well as typical office settings with overhead lighting, typewriters, computers and other equipment. What are some of the things that happen to us with exposure - and we have no idea it is happening?
    • increased permeability in the BBB (blood brain barrier), enlarged hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenal organs fb atrophy,
    • altered protein and hormone ratios in the blood,
    • increased suicide,
    • ominous changes in white and red blood cell counts,
    • glandular changes in thyroid,
    • miscarriages and stillbirths, genetic defects, eye problems, headaches, nausea, neck and back pain...
    • cancelation of nightly rise in melatonin from the pineal gland.
    • One day exposure to ELF increased blood triglycerides by 50%. raises blood triglycerides, blood pressure, changes brain waves and subliminal activation of the stress response. Profound changes in liver function,
    • depletion of B vitamins from blood, brain, liver, kidneys and heart,
    • interference with heart rhythm, tremors, immune system dysfunction,
    • acetylcholine and norepinephrine were lower simulating adrenal fatigue and dysautonomia.
    • ELF fields at powerline intensity or less are linked to bone tumors in mice while bees exposed to a strong ELF field for a few days begin to sting each other to death - some sealed off hives and asphyxiated themselves,
    • mice exposed for 3 generations at close to powerline range demonstrated severely stunted growth, particularly in males - at lower levels weight gain, increased infant mortality, nearly 16% of pups born did not live to maturity.
    • defects in mitosis and cell division, birth defects and rise in cancer.
    • human cancer cells exposed to 60 Hz for 24 hrs. increased their growth rate 6-fold 7-10 days after exposure.
    • Researchers in 1976 found 5x chromosomal defects with exposure for 1-10 days.
    • Profound impact is noted in the hypothalamus and cortex of the brain - disrupting homeostasis, logical and associational thought.
    • decreased water intake, enlarged adrenal and pituitary, altered protein and hormone ratios in the blood.
    • high incidence of glaucoma
    • bacteria exposed to an electric field slightly stronger than the earth's, stimulated growth of all bacteria and increased resistance to antibiotics - chronic exposure producing permanent changes in bacterial metabolism - think of your gut microbiome here.
  • Lower your Deuterium load - deuterium is a heavy isotope of hydrogen. It is poison to mitochondria - double the size of light hydrogen - and breaks the motor on the ATPase - halting ATP production. Sea water is ~ 155ppm. Our blood should be ~150ppm. Most of us have more and don't know it. It makes our blood more viscous - thicker. We sequester deuterium in our blood away from organs high in mitochondria. WHY? Adult red blood cells do not have mitochondria, so the blood is a safe place in the body to sequester it. Disease happens when there is a high deuterium load which interferes with mitochondrial function.
    • Deuterium is high in grains, highly processed foods, seed oils, sodas, sugared coffees and other drinks, alcohol, even fruits and vegetables -
    • Deuterium is very high in pharmaceutical drugs and even supplements. It is lowest in grassfed animal meat and fat, wild fish and seafood, wild game, and healthy fats like EVOO.
    • DDW (deuterium-depleted water) you can buy this on Amazon and add to your filtered drinking water to lower your load. If you have cancer, this is a good strategy.
    • chew masticating gum to help deplete deuterium from the brain
    • jump on a rebounder
    • exercise on a vibration plate
    • sweat daily
    • have daily bowel movements - aim for Bristol 4.
    • Drink 100-120 oz water to flush deuterium from urine
  • HP-EVOO (high polyphenol extra virgin olive oil) -
    • HP-EVOO has a low deuterium content around 130ppm (equivalent to the low end of glacial water)
    • Polyphenols in HP-EVOO stimulate mitochondrial function including
      • mitochondrial biogenesis - increasing new, healthy mitochondria
      • mitophagy - removal of malfunctioning/damaged mitochondria
      • Increase mitochondrial energy production efficiency
      • protect CCO to enhance production of biological water and apoptosis of malfunctioning engines.
    • Polyphenols in HP-EVOO reduce oxidative stress - highly active in redox balance.
    • Metabolism of fat (EVOO) and protein produces more DDW to hydrate melanin sheets. Carbohydrates make less than half. Further, carbohydrates - particularly highly processed carbohydrates - are loaded with deuterium. "100 g of fat produces 110 g of metabolic water, while 100 g of carbohydrates yields only 55 g."
    • Provides ketones for enhanced cellular function
    • Enhances the formation of EZ (exclusion zone) water gel-like inside cells that maintains a negative charge crucial for protein folding and cellular function. The outer 1/3 of EZ water holds 1 million free electrons to power the electron transport chain.
    • "Oleuropein and its breakdown product hydroxytyrosol can cross the brain blood barrier and reduce neurotoxicity by promoting autophagy in neurons."
    • EVOO rich in polyphenols attenuate oxidative stress to protect DNA from damage, protect vitamin D from degradation, protect vitamin A from liberation and destruction.
    • HP-EVOO attenuates "genomic instability, mitochondrial impairment, stem cell exhaustion, loss of proteostasis, epigenetic alterations, telomere attrition, deregulated nutrient sensing, reshaped intercellular communications, and cellular senescence." In other words, it epigenetically turns on beneficial genes and turns off cancer genes, protecting our DNA from degradation.
